Your personal online medical journal

The user can also keep this journal for their kids and elderly, share part or entire medical journal with a doctor and see progress graphically. The end goal is for the user to have a more precise diagnostic based on a more complete set of data.

Process:
The timeline was about 4 months. We started with the lean customer development model, doing customer discovery, interviews and MVP validation. After some iterations we found out that users also want medicine reminders and sharing data with his or her doctor.

Some of the users also needed to monitor their elderly in an easy way.

Our design and development team adapted the product after each batch of user feedback and iterated around every 2 weeks until a final version was released that is ready for the broader market.

The next step is to create a business development strategy that will help bring more users and create more value.
