Excellent service

I have learned more about zippers and sliders than I ever knew before. I broke a #10 slider so went to the source, internet, to try and find it. Well I found a #10 slider and thinking that was it I placed the order and when rec'd the package a week later I found that it was about 3/4th the size of my #10. Seems Chinese #10 is not consistent with US #10. Finally found Zipper Shipper who educated me in the school of zippers and sliders and led me to the exact duplicate of my broken slider i.e. Lenzip #10. Their expertise and FAST shipping had my correct matching slider in my possession within 3 days. And I did not have to buy a package of 6 to get the 1 item I needed.
